ITs cool but the moving banner is slowing my crappy PC

Big deal. Hahahaha = Lol = Rofl = Lmao = Roflmao = Muahaha = Hehehe = etc. Same thing...

Anyway, the thing with the banner now is it should be centered. Notice how the links are almost cut off the screen on the side? Center it (if that's even possible with freeforums.org) and have the links below it, if you want it to look better.
